Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original polybag or box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
